Shipping: We try to ship all orders as soon as possible, but typically ship out 5-7 business days after receipt. We are a small business, make all of our products in house, and run 100+ conventions a year across the country, so we might encounter some delays.
Returns: If you have any issues with the product, please ship back in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Buyer pays shipping for the return.
