Shipping: We try to ship all orders as soon as possible, but typically ship out 5-7 business days after receipt. We are a small business, make all of our products in house, and run 100+ conventions a year across the country, so we might encounter some delays.
Returns: If you have any issues with the product, please ship back in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Buyer pays shipping for the return.

Upon receiving the product in acceptable condition, we will issue a full refund.
Opened and used products are not able to be returned.
